The navy fabric has beige or tan colored dots, not white dots as shown in the photo. It looks weird. The fabric is stretchy, and does not match the item description of being rayon/spandex. The item is cotton/spandex. I can tell I'll need to wash it in cold water to keep the fabric from pilling. But hey, it's a cheap dress so I didn't expect it to look like a designer fashion item from Nordstrom. I can wear it with flip flops to the store, park or backyard gathering. It's very loose fitting, so I can eat all the ice cream and fried chicken I want if I'm at a picnic so that's a plus.I am a medium sized person, I wear a size 10, but ordered a large based on reviews that the product ran small. It didn't run small, it's too big. A medium would have been perfect. Order according to the size chart.
